How to Make a Warranty Claim — Step by Step

What papers you need, how long it takes, and what warranty does not cover.

Having a warranty does not mean every fault is repaired free. Knowing what is covered — and what is not — saves a lot of back-and-forth.

What to bring

  • The purchase receipt or invoice (a photo is fine)
  • The product box and its serial / IMEI sticker
  • A short description of the fault — when and how it happens

The steps

  1. Lodge the complaint at the showroom or through the warranty claim form on this site.
  2. Once an initial test confirms the fault you are given a job number — keep it.
  3. Common parts take 3–7 working days; items that must go to the brand's RMA can take 2–4 weeks.

What warranty does not cover

Burn marks or cracks, liquid damage, a removed serial sticker, self-repair attempts and damage from mains overvoltage are generally excluded. Which is exactly why a good UPS and power supply are, in effect, protection for the warranty itself.
